THE WOLF TRIBUTE

A faithful recreation of Jerry Garcia's famed "Wolf" guitar. Completely hand crafted with modern fit and finish standards in mind. 

Standard is Synthetic Ivory inlays up the fretboard and Mother of Pearl "first fret Gull" inlays. As an upgrade, we can use Mastadon Ivory all the way up the fingerboard.  Another upgrade is adding a meticulously hand cut "Wolf" inlay adorns the front. As with all DeLuis Guitars, all inlay is done in shop, by me, by hand. I mention this repeatedly throughout my catalog because using CNC instead of hand cutting has become an industry norm, and I always want to honor Old World craftsmanship by utilizing skill, patience and practice in regards to the art of inlay.
